1. Is Facebook advertising paid for the same way as Google advertising — that is, per actual click?

You pay for the people reached, but we always optimise advertising for conversions — that is, we encourage potential buyers to take the action you want.

2. Why was my Facebook advertising stopped?

The reasons vary: breaches of the advertising rules, not enough money on the card, too small an audience, poor settings, and so on.

3. Will Facebook advertising help my business?

YES. It differs from Google, because on social media it is easier to tell a story and create demand, even where none exists. On Google people search already knowing what they want; on Facebook they can unexpectedly discover something they had no plan to buy.

4. Which is better: Facebook advertising or Google Ads?

They complement each other and work in synergy. If a business is interested in a marketing package, we can propose an individual plan in which different channels deliver on one overall strategy: Google, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, influencers and so on.

5. Are there free types of Facebook advertising?

No — but your page can grow through the right brand communication, an active profile, sharing genuinely useful information, and through friends and customers sharing your profile, recommendations, and posting your page in the Facebook groups where potential customers gather.

6. What budget should I plan for launching a Facebook advertising campaign?

It depends on the nature of your brand and your goals — the right budget is calculated individually every time. It can be based on CPM (cost per mille), the cost of reaching a thousand people; on the conversions you want to generate; or you can choose the minimum budget needed to get out of the so-called learning phase.

7. Which audiences work best for Facebook advertising?

There is no single answer that fits everyone — it depends on a great many things and is entirely specific to each business. For a highly niche product it can pay to target a very narrow audience with specific interests. In other cases broader categories work well: you can select an audience by education, family status and so on.

8. Can I set up Google advertising myself, or is it better to hire professionals?

Yes, it is entirely possible to build and launch a campaign yourself. Just bear in mind that if you have never done it before, it will take a fair amount of time to get to grips with how it all works.

If you think professional services might be too expensive, note that alongside ongoing month-to-month management we also offer a one-off package. It suits smaller or newly launched businesses well: we build the advertising strategy and optimise it specifically for your business for an agreed one-off fee. In that case our goal is to bring as many visitors to your site as possible for as little as possible, or to optimise conversions — calls, enquiry form submissions, sales and so on.

9. Does Google Ads pay for itself?

Yes. It is one of the most effective forms of online advertising there is, because people using a search engine are usually not browsing for ideas — they already have a problem or a need and want to solve it. Google Ads lets you put your services or products in front of the customers they are genuinely relevant to. All that remains is to interest them and sell.

10. How much should I spend on Google Ads per month?

The right spend depends on what products or services you sell and what your advertising goals are. We look at the specifics of your business and give you realistic forecasts of what each level of spend can achieve, then advise on the advertising plan that suits you best.

11. How does Google Ads advertising work?

Google Ads places your website at the top of the search results when someone searches for the keywords assigned to your campaign. It also shows your ads on pages that carry Google Ads inventory — blogs, online newspapers and so on. When several websites advertise on similar keywords at the same time, they are ranked (on bid, page quality, search context and other factors), and that determines who gets shown to which user.

12. What are the payment methods for Google Ads?

The most common option is automatic payments, where Google charges your payment card directly. You can also choose to pay in advance, topping your Google account up with a set amount. Google issues monthly invoices for the services provided, and if you need it we will show you where to find and download those invoices so you can pass them to your accountant.

13. Is there a minimum term when signing a Google Ads contract with your company?

The minimum term is 2–3 months. Do note that we offer new clients a special advertising voucher that helps bring the cost down.

14. What is the difference between Facebook advertising and social media management?

Advertising is paid distribution of information about your page. It reaches the audience you want quickly, but you pay for it.

Social media management is the day-to-day communication on your page: creating and publishing posts, photos and videos on your business account.

15. Which social networks are the most popular?

In Lithuania the most popular right now are Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok.

16. Is it easy to manage social media yourself?

Uploading a photo and writing a few sentences is easy — but there is another side to it. You should not be posting simply for the sake of posting. Good communication takes account of specific advertising and marketing goals, works to a communication plan, reviews the market and assesses which strategy is the right one. That takes a considerable amount of time, knowledge and energy.

17. Is Twitter as effective a social network as Facebook or Instagram?

For the Lithuanian market, no — Twitter is not currently as popular as the other social networks. That said, every business has its own target audience. So depending on what you do, Twitter could well be the best social network for your advertising.

18. Is it worth having and managing a Pinterest account?

This network is growing quickly in Lithuania, but our recommendation right now is to put effort into Pinterest advertising only if you are not just selling domestically but also exporting.
